We do not accept refunds or exchanges for Pre-Orders as they are specially made.
We will only issue a refund if items are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date the order is delivered, we can’t offer you a refund after 7 days. Refund Policy :- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will transfer the money to your bank account within a 7 working days.

Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only regular priced items may be refunded if they are defective, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
